$5 Burger INGREDIENTS:
- Single patty of 80/20 ground beef~0.25 lbs
- 1 egg
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Stolen Lemon
- pickled relish from the Hot Dog Stand
- Ketchup
- Mayo
- Sugar
- Sesame bun
- 1 piece of lettuce from the salad bar
- 1 slice of tomato from the salad bar
$5 Burger Recipe:
- Mix/make the burger meat:
- 80/20 ground beef
- 1 egg
- garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Form into patties and cook in a skillet or on the grill at medium-high heat (about 4 minutes per side).
- Make Ed’s secret sauce: Combine all ingredients and whisk till smooth.
- lemon juice
- pickled relish
- Ketchup
- Mayo
- Sugar
- Assemble the burger (bottom to top): Bun bottom, meat, lettuce, tomato, a buncha sauce, top bun
$50 Burger INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound of signature prime rib patties
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. meyer lemon juice
- 3 tsp. Vlasic dill relish
- 3 Tbsp. hunts ketchup
- ½ cup great value mayo
- ½ tsp. White Sugar
- Romaine lettuce
- Slicing tomato
- Onion
- great value american cheese slices
- great value bread and butter pickles
- Sesame burger buns

- 3 Tbsp. San Marzano ketchup
- ½ cup truff mayo
- 1⁄2 tsp. Superfine caster Sugar
- Organic butter lettuce
- organic heirloom tomato
- Organic red onion
- Raw milk gouda cheese w/ truffle
- Kaylin bread and butter pickles
- St Pierre Sesame Brioche buns
$500 BURGER RECIPE:
- Cut up + grind Wagyu ribeye whole
- Deskin ½ tsp Black garlic
- Mortar and Pestle ½ tsp Rainbow peppercorn Pepper
- Mix/make the burger meat:
- Ground Wagyu ribeye
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp Black garlic powder
- 1 tsp Fleur de sel/Salt
- ½ tsp Rainbow peppercorn Pepper
