Loose peas and cubed carrots in fried rice is awful to me. Give me the full pea pod, some onion and bean sprouts.

Was it just me, or did Chef Ash's fried rice look like the rice wasn't broken up very well? They all seemed to like it, and I am sure it tasted great, but it just looked like the sauce couldn't have coated evenly, with the little clumps of rice.
