Jimmy oaks wants some black grills, he’s got silver so a free swap. It your going to run without inner fender liners, clean it out good with wax and degreaser cleaner and spray it down with Eastwood rust converter, encapsulator then raptor liner. Keep all those bits rust free as possible, it will look great as well. Depending on the wrap you use you could do them in red or black.

Duuuude, that 330 in the junkyard had the Mtech One front bumper. Those are hard to come by in good shape, and would have transformed the front end of your car!

When you cut threaded stock you don't actually have to file 'in' the threads, just file the whole edge down a little rounding it off slightly. Then, as you did, run the nut you left on the bar off and it will be perfect. I learned that trick from an old farm hand a million years and it has served me very well since. Good job!

I think Estoril Blue from the e36 m3 could be a nice color, or Fire Orange from the e92 m3 (but I'm biased orange is my favorite color)

Yeah I had a crazy vibration issue for a bit and I replaced the front lower control arms and then did rear subframe bushings and diff bushing as well as the chassis plates and then notice that one was flat and then when I went to patch it I noticed it had a massive delamination on the inside of the tire making it too weak for road speeds

its always a good day when joel drops a banger

let me know how you like the adapters, i found they ruined my caster angle and made daily driving feel very weird. i found that steering rack spacers provide better feel when drifting and allow for a bit more angle . if you dont like the adapters try the steering rack spacers. this is what chelsea denofa reccomends aswell. i also found near full lock with adapters on the wheel would self steer itself to lock and it would be stuck at lock

I have weird problem on my 330d e46. It is my winter beater and i drove it to snow ditch, not deep but didnt have tow hook on my car so i had to pull it from wheel very hard. It might have gotten my rear subframe twisted or something weird. After that incident the rear end feels like it is pulling side to side constantly when accelerating over 60km/h. It feels like strong wind pushing the rear and i have to fix it by steering and it feels super sketchy to ride. I changed polyurethane bushings to the whole rear end since the diff was also clunking and mounting bushings were pretty much shot, alot of play. Still problem didnt go away. My theory is either something is twisted, arm or whole subframe or since the toe alignment holes didnt have enough adjustment on them and i couldnt align it to have same toe values on both sides. Now it is if i remember right -0.50 toe on right side and -0.20 on left. So car doesnt basically do straight. But weird thing is before winter and all this i aligned it and values were -0.20 left and -1.0 on right. Car went perfectly straight back then. Also had to change tie rod on front right since it snapped while pulling the car from the ditch. Very tired of this problem and might park the beater on workplace and have it wait for summer while i buy other winter beater for the end of the winter. If you guys have any ideas what might be the problem message, thx.

How ironic, that here I am with my E61 wagon and am having the same issue with the steering wheel shake at like 60-85. when I put my stock wheels on, its not there. but when I put on my bigger wheels, they shake like crazy. Happened to my last set too. Maybe I should get them roadforce balanced to see if that does anything
