I would personally paint the tips matte black. Something about twin black exhaust tips that poke out a couple inches just looks so mean. ALSO, get two Vibrant Ultra Quiet resonators, one for each pipe. They will absolutely transform the exhaust note and eliminate most of the unpleasant rasp while keeping the volume. Side notes: - In my opinion, cabin audio is so much better when recording POV videos. - If you want crazy induction noise, look into making a cowl intake (AKA Randall style). Not only do you get crazy induction noise, but the engine gets properly cold air.

Vanos seals, long tube cold air intake ( down into fog light area) and a flash tune really transformed my 2.5. Would recommend.

Nice work on the header install. Did them on my 330ci. It’s not so much hard as it’s fiddly. I only had to trim one rear o2 bung about half inch but everything else fit just fine. With the chaos calibrations tune it really woke the car up. I’m still running the full factory exhaust. It’s noticeably louder than stock but not obnoxious. It’s a bit boomy inside the car at times. I think a different back box would help but would rather just buy a cat back. Hate exhaust work. Looking for some more sound but don’t think I want full straight pipe like yours. Keep the content comin.

Idk if I’d say best sounding because I had the same setup for a while I highly suggest the vibrant performance 2.5” turbo single muffler and it sounds so good my buddy had one on his and it sounded amazing but good vid

If you want the bolt to breakoff its better to tight it before lossening it, it Will break off easier

You can only use 1 or 2 O2 sensors. You are able to tell the ECU that there is only 1 O2 sensor. Bunch of forums that tell you how ( MSxx wiki is one of those )

If you buy them used you know it went on a car already, they either fixed the fitment issues or they're going to let you know. You basically built my coupe, just missing an M50 manifold

I have a 2001 330i M54 that has aftermarket ebay cats and they are leaking (cracked) so I was just thinking on installing a header but I am just lost as there are many vendors in ebay and is hard to guess which will fit as good as the ones you bought.THANKS!

My exhaust manifold is stainless steel. Not sure if they're stock because they dont look like yours in the beginning. Ive had a shop do my swap so idk if they used custom parts as an alternative to expensive OEM parts
