Hey Skullcam Please if you do have sometime please could you help me so my father bought a pocket bike for my family around 3 years ago and i made it a project to make it come back to life, i have no ide where to start. i started with removing the plastic around so i got to the frame. my pocket bike have no chain and no gas tube. i was thingking of buying it this week, my problem is i dont know how to make the fuel mix and if i am doing it right its my first time working on a working engin if i can say so i never seen it working but i would like to see it work one day. if you do have anytips please reply any sites you recommend for a amateur how to service my pocket bike.
yes just do it... its the best way to start learning .. .a good site for help is pocketbike planet.com its a pocket bike forum... .. also if you buy a bottle of two stroke oil ..it will have how to mix it directions on the back of the bottle . i mix my fuel at a 50/1 ratio witch works out to be 20ml of two stroke oil mixed into 1ltr of unleaded fuel ..hope this helps you and feel free to ask any more questions
I know that will be good!!! one tip put the piston all way up and set the clutch key at 5:00 o'clock (really tight don't need the little key) hold pull start and tight the clutch with the other hand
I got a racing go kart but I live in a bad place to drive it to low so Imma build a pocket bike and I have like a 4 or 5 hp engine and then I'm build a crazy cart with my 2 hp engine
I remember doing this in highschool it was sick i also like it cause i was the only half black kid and the rest was with my white friends and we build it in like 2 weeks sometimes we stayed afterschool to finish it faster.
Just wondering, I will replace my broken kill switch and I am curious about how the wiring should be. Should both black and red cables be connected to the chassi of the bike? I own a pocketbike 49cc.
