My suggestion with the4 cycle pocket bike with the 2 stroke exhaust is cut the existing pipe at header and have a shop weld up some leading piping and do a duel exhaust tip. You can find exhaust canisters on eBay for cheap and then piping as well to extend off the header.
I did a quick search for the x7. Pocket Bikes Unlimited has a (Drag Race Exhaust system). I think it looks nice. Your x7 is a naked bike and the exhaust would complement it.
I always love it when people say buy a real bike but truth is they are not the same. With a pocket bike or a mini bike you don’t need to do 150mph to feel like you’re going fast. 30 to 60mph on a pocket bike or mini bike is plenty and I can toss it in my car and go anywhere.
Please get an expansion tank for your setup it will make more power and you will have a peak powerband that you can tune to be at the peak of the powerband meaning you make max power
With the big bore kit have you tried porting and polishing the head mine was rough as hell with loads of casting marks. Runs way better with a polish 👍🏻

For the exhaust, just straight pipe it into a dual exhaust, I did it to mine, I liked so much......the reason I liked it was cuz it was loud. I would love to see it in a straight pipe dual exhaust.

I hava a R6 mini bike How do you take the carburetor off it runs 50mph it wont start the key wont turn . Is there any video on this kind of bike I guess ita a pocket bike its small.
Hey I bought one of these for my nephew and niece, what do you think is the best bang for buck mods to the engine? Big bore kit? Carby upgrade, Reed valves? Boost bottle?
From my experience, big bore and carby upgrades are the go to and cause way less of a headache. Boost bottles are meh and reed valves need a lot of work to make them worth it. Proper motor prep will yield you more power than a reed valve
Thegeokiller 15 For starters, no one, and I mean NO ONE likes to hear that. Second, it's a terrible thing to do to your engine. It can result in loss of power or damaged valves (do your own research), and 9/10 it will look worse.
Hey kiddo, Travis Pastrana didn't make it in one 50 miles per hour test run. You just keep doing what you're doing and the people who don't like it can Bark at the Moon and kick rocks. You doing good and I learn from your mistakes which to say the least are few and far in-between in my opinion. Good job and thanks for taking the time. I would also recommend a chain tensioner on top of the chain that thing's flapping in the wind like nobody's business. I'm guessing it wouldn't flap so hard with a load on it but you know that it's going to have a premature failure at that rate.

Cut off the baffle come off that X7 two stroke “expansion chamber”. This way, it’ll act like a megaphone pipe, just without returning the positive reflected pressure wave.
