I have never seen you stop eating in every foods challenge, Raina.... Be careful with the microwave radiation/5G beams directly pointing to you, these 5G devices can be installed on LED lights, above the ceiling and everywhere. You'll feel hot because of the burning body cells, feeling full, hot in the body and confusing in the brain and much more pain caused by those evil radiation beams.

I'm pretty slow with chop sticks and I always struggle with pho so I figured I'd try with hands which wasn't the smartest thing to do 😅

I think that's a kitchen timer. 😂 Sounds just like the one on my fridge.

It would have been smart to let it cool and then to use chop sticks but I can't eat fast enough with them. Not my smartest move ever hahaha.

The other secret weapon that Blaine didn't use were the chopsticks that seem to help to keep an even pace. Shoveling in all the noodles in the beginning and then drinking the broth from the big bowl probably made Blaine swallow a lot of air which made everything harder for the GI tract to negotiate and made him want to keep burping.. I've never done a food challenge but I do know something about food combining and I think eating most of the broth (except enough to flavor the noodles) first and then waiting a few minutes and then eating the meat and finishing with the noodles would have made it easier on the stomach. From a food combining standpoint, you always start with the easiest/fastest digesting food first. Then follow with the next hardest and finish with the hardest. NEVER have raw fruit for dessert because it is the fastest digesting food. It should be eaten20 minutes before the meal. Certain foods, like protein and starch - and it is even worse adding dairy - aren't even supposed to be eaten together at the same meal. But oh well, the core of the typical standard modern diet features terrible food combining ie meat and potatoes, meat and cheese burgers with bread rolls all in the same meal. When each of the three foods (meat, dairy, starch) should ideally be eaten alone or with a fresh mostly green salad.

Yeah haha so close but the broth destroyed me. Its moment's like that where I think to myself "I should train and then I'll be able to hold more in my stomach" but I'm too lazy for that 😅

I'm such a slow chewer once my stomach starts to fill up 😅

I like eating with chop sticks but I'm definitely too slow with them for a challenge like this. That broth was the end of me hahaha

So close! I really messed up with drinking that last bit of broth when I did. I had about 23 minutes left and should have let my stomach settle a bit.

It’s easier to eat it with your hands. A fork will take forever

To answer this question: I like using chop sticks but I'm way too slow with them to finish the challenge in time. I've used a fork in the past on pho but it is much slower than with hands.

You're definitely right- the noodles and meat are waaayyyy better with broth. In a challenge like this though I had to try and separate them to let it cool and eat it faster. And you're also correct, I felt like complete garbage with all that in my stomach and would have felt worse if my body didn't decide to 🤢 when I finished the broth hahaha.

I have been studying her strategies. #1 get the noodles out of broth (if allowed) #2 eat noodles quickly...#3 if flavor fatigued then eat some meat... #4 start sipping liquid while finishing everything.
