I really love how you both compliment each other in eating and describing the food, and comfortably kidding around. I also like how Joel spoils you, Raina, in letting you eat your favorite food even if Joel likes it too. I truly enjoy seeing Raina and Joel together.

I used to live in Austin....and once a week we would ride down the road to Black's BBQ ....gotta love it !!! That was back in the 80s....so glad to see they are still there ! Yall were definitely in the right place for meat !

I like Texas style bbq. They season their meats with just salt and black pepper. You really get to taste the natural flavor of the meat. The fat cooks and renders down and moistens, tenderizing the meats.

If you’re ever in Cambridge there’s a restaurant called smokeworks that does bbq platters like this one but right now they’ve got a reduced menu obviously but I’ve been there loads its so good
