It was nice watching you and your husband working together and the way he supports you in this endeavor. I am starting my own small business of making candles and soaps. I started making candles for my family a few years ago. I a vet and it helps with my PTSD. I am also on dialysis for kidney failure. No I have started to try and make a business of it along with soap making with the things that go a long with it. Watching your videos has given me the strength to start my own business. I hope the best for you and keep up the good work.

Love that they allow you to have other colored tents. I got white because a lot of the events in NYC required a white tent. Funny enough I'll be using it next week for my one outdoor event this year. Just got a spin the wheel game to try out as well ☺ Also good note on gift sets, my work is a little different so wondering how I could incorporate it but I do offer bundle deals.

37:28: Hey there, it sounds like you could use a little pick-me-up. Have you thought about bringing a protein smoothie to the event? For instance, Orgain Protein powder offers 21 grams of protein per two scoops. You could add 4 scoops of protein, along with some hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax, and a generous dollop of nut butter (if you can have nuts). I also noticed that Costco also carries Orgain in a carton. Take care😊

Would be amazing to see that! I’m pretty sure she uses Shopify for check out and they’re so detailed with their app. There’s another creator I watch who uses Shopify and they’re able to print barcodes for their merchandise and can scan their products during check out to keep track of inventory. Pretty cool~

This is incredible! I am so happy for you! It's such a joy when I see your videos pop up! I've had a small business since 2019. Started off originally selling handmade journals made from 100% recycled materials. I had my own lined paper, bound the books and painted the covers.. didn't really go anywhere. Maybe sold a couple of them. I let my business go for a few years and posted only paintings for a while. Got a few commissioned pieces, some purchased my prints but then I gave up, again. I've been a crocheter since I was 8 years old, I'm now almost 30. Just in fun, I posted a couple of photos of sweaters I made for my parents and dog and it seemed to have taken off. I almost couldn't keep up with the custom orders. I started watching your videos and you Inspired me to dive in and give it all I had (along with Roman Atwood vlogs that my hubby and I watch) . I've got shows / pop ups set into the next year, but the last 3 I've done have been not the greatest. I've spent maybe 5k on set up, and the most I've brought home is $130. (1 show) The others were between 45-80$ Now, crochet has become such an oversaturated concept, but in stuffed animals.. I have a website up and 0 traffic. Nobody is placing custom orders now. It's really discouraging because I spend almost 100% of my time crocheting to prepare and the fruit of my labor is nothing. I just wanna give up but your videos inspire me to keep going. If you do more nighttime events I would suggest you invest in more lights. Different than what you had maybe one that can hang from your canopy also string lights that are battery operated or ones you can use with a battery pack
