Hello 👋! This is Tanya from Broomall, Pa. I will be retiring in January of 2027. Our youngest child graduates in June of that same year. With all of that said. We are looking for something in rural West Virginia with acreage. I can't wait to move there. It is a shame that 460 Grasslick Rd, Grassaway, WV won't be available when we do. 😔 Great Videos 🎉

I'd buy any one of these properties for the land value not for the house. These would be good for living in the house itself as is and building a new construction dream house then moving into new house once construction is done and then tearing down the old house.

Yeah there must be somthing wrong weather? No work ? Povertised area? ...but iam looke for ackerage with a 4 bedroom in a safe area no flooding no tornadoes and low fire area cold winters ok looking to spend 300,000$ west virginia...Georgia area looking to retire so i doant need a job

Why don't you show some land without a house so people can see the difference in prices. I say that because most are old and outdated. Some look like tear downs..
