I would have to use the island for breakfast and change that table out with a bigger one for dinner. I dont really see where to put a TV in the living room, I'm NOT a fan of TV in bedroom. The garage idea to project on screen is very cool, but once 2 cars in there, won't be so comfortable and I don't see point of watching from inside the car. Still a very nice unit, those are just my issues that makes it a deal breaker for me. But the building has other units that interest me.
