Any 10k sq ft building needs basement ground too garage floors & 3 triplex poss design on 1 no grounds up keep hardly needed design. So u can hve 2 or 1 unit use & rent 1 or 2 out as well. Plus I God1-6 Am changing power billing to favor poor or smaller grid use design.

That is another fabulous house in la jolla but sitting here in Scotland we don’t know much about that area hope we see more of it in million dollar listing or another video. Certainly that’s an phenomenal deal I still prefer the la jolla property u had at hillside road I think it was those views from the master were simply breathtaking.

comment 76^ greatest showing: I not perfect God1-6, need a simple flip chart map w/ major attractions & location/cities to b able to at a glance see roads/arteries & location to go w/names. W/small ledger on side telling what each local is noted for horses etc. A flip map for tourist w/homes focus bc being on other side of country. I hve no mental picture of distance or orientation to each unless Malibu from La spoken about alot.

not being funny but who would want to live there. its more of a fun house than a home. its more of a show off piece than somewhere to live. like its something to look at a couple times to say wow then after a while u dont care. not discrediting the designers its absolutely amazing but just not somewhere i would personally live. not saying i can but thats beside the point. also Brett was a cool ass dude.

Wanna see 1814 n doheny dr tour like an architectural digest youtube style 10 to 15mins long. 1814 doheny has the best master suite in la. And official listing video of it was little dark n short n disappointment.

Is that the neighbors house just feet away? At that price point, I want privacy and a view of something beautiful like the ocean, not my neighbors in their living room.
