This year's challenges will undoubtedly be more difficult. Looking back, I realized that I was so focused with my portfolio that I made disastrous financial decisions for the entire preceding year. Thanks for sharing! I think this is one of the best house for the price I have seen in a very long time in Negros in this price range. If I where there I would have take it. And with a house owner that do this amount of maintenance is worth her weight in gold in the Philippines!

Great place, very spacious, clean a good looking. So much potential. Not sure about the outside rooms, who would live there? I could hear restaurant beats, that would be the deal breaker for me. Thanks for sharing.

Definitely value for money if you need 4 bedrooms. I only hope the music of the restaurant isn't going to be a problem. Depends on what time they close.

That's within my budget, if only I was there ow instead of next Sprig :( I don't eat out but a time or two a week but that would change with beautiful waitresses next door like those!

If I was planning to come over for 6 months or more, I'd rent it. I'd even pay now for 2 months ahead. In my village just a room on its own costs close to that. In town a room costs a little more thsn that.
