@@LawVenture I mean, is it the cost of it? Is it really unaffordable? What's your plan for defending if you are ever sued? Are you planning to defend yourself? Is it something that never happens in your state? Is it something that no one in your state buys? Or is it none of my F'ing business and I should stop asking? I am not in your state, I will probably never practice in your state, but everyone I know gets it, so I am really curious why you don't.
I get client approval for everything and I know what I’m doing. This isn’t something that I’m paranoid about at this point. If I was more hands off and wasn’t taking lead on every case, then maybe. I’m also not opposed to hiring a lawyer to defend me. Make a decision based on your skill level and your peace of mind.
