This house is incredible! That staircase is absolutely insane. The whole house is gorgeous, but that backyard is probably my favorite backyard. Especially considering most of the houses you guys don’t have spacious grass area. And that covered grass area looks amazing

Good tour Enes. Just a small tip and learning point, at 9:58 those are actually end grain countertops, this is important because it is higher end than standard edge-grain butcher block countertops because end grain is harder and more resistance to knife perforations
