In the english language, all words beginning with a vowel are proceeded by the word an, not a. This delightful host with lots of information needs to make sure he says an upgrade, never a upgrade. It could mean dollars in sales if he corrects it.

That is the one thing I loved when we were buying our home, the builder said from the beggining, "everything you see is what you get, nothing is an upgrade here", we thought that was the way to sell a home. It is not a million dollars home but it came with kitchen island, fully equiped kitchen appliances, blinds on all the windows, smart system integrated, wooden flooring, master bath with standing shower with glass doors, irrigation system for the front and back yard. With every other builder as soon as they said this or that is an "upgrade" we just walked out the door.

Love this house! One thing i dont care for in many of the newer style homes- is that 3rd garage bay- it looks so narrow. even the regular garages nowadays are seemingly built for very small cars- yet you can count on at least one vehicle being an SUV.

Keeping so my "upgrades" in mind, really makes it so much more confusing as to what it would look like in "base" form. It's head spinning, honestly... "Maybe this is a window, maybe there's no window here... maybe it's a sliding door, maybe there's no wall here..." They should do more models at base level, so you know what it looks like in that form.

Chakits do you do video's of custom builder homes in Las Vegas area, we are opening a production facility off of the 215 by Red Rock area and I'm looking at building a home there, I like some of these track builders you highlight but I need something more private and with at least an acre in land or 1 1/2 acre, we open in 18 months so I need to start looking and deciding where to be. I just finished a new custom in N Scottsdale AZ and I kind of want to make something similar but more mid century modern. Also, in your video's you like to highlight aluminum windows and slides and having lived in the desert for the last 20yrs, I would not recommend them, it's better to spend a little more money and get a hybrid wood/composite or go wood or high quality vynl like Pella or Milgard but definitely not aluminum especially if your are trying to save money on energy bills. (metal like aluminum retains heat and radiates heat, think of cooking ware)

I would have expected them to cut the backsplash to fit the outlet covers, and possibly did a custom outlet cover.. it would have looked really nice, bending plastic is not what you’d expect to see in such a stunningly beautiful home.

Again I would make #3 garage either a bedroom or shop . I LIKE the way they do windows and through any through the exterior wall installs . Very good practices in home building . Chakits if you didn't detail as well and just fluffed over things as almost ALL other realtors do I likely would not be a sub . I'm not Asian but house position and surroundings and location of everything is PARAMOUNT for me . Overall with some changes I like it .

Yes.. This home is clean... Help is always good as far as content goes Chukits.. But.. Please be careful with patreon because most of the time RU-vidrs start to get stingie with the content...
