Super interesting to see how similarly priced places look in different countries. I like your apartment, it's very cozy! Btw, you should definitely lift the mattress up from the floor with some duckboard or just plain 1by4 wood, otherwise it can get moldy and it might help prevent bed bugs from becoming a thing
Really cool how the apartment is designed so optimally, tons of build in storage. In my city, the cheapest studio apartment is still at least $1000 a month without including utilities.
Those stairs remind me of the stairs in my grandma's house and they were carpeted. My brother and I walked on socks and somethimes skimmed our asses on the steps when we slipped. Good times! Your chaos is, on the other hand, triggering my organized side. I feel like organizing your cabinets.....Love your channel :)
Thank you for creating this AMAZING video! You're so creative and amazing! Thank you for sharing your awesome place and for being incredibly funny!Your art is super beautiful!
Honestly this is great! I would love to style this kind of apartment. I know 2 people in this, would be ridiculous but it would definitely help save $! Thx Jimmy for the tour!
@Jimmy😂😂😂😂 swear you got the humour mate!!! That innuendo n sarky humour!! Love it!!!! That’s what he said🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣as soon as you said about the kitchen space- head in gutter dude right here! I’m killing myself laughing right now😂😂😂 fam you got the best sense of humour EVER!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
When I lived in Japan it was similar, $700 for a newer build similar size to yours. I wanted more space though, so I opted for an older apartment in an area Japan considers "ghetto" but in reality it's not ghetto at all, especially compared to America 😅 Worth it for double the space!
Hey, Jimmy! Awesome tour, I really like the idea of using every space for functionality. Annnd thanks to you, I was looking in our country (Lithuania) where to buy Kimchi, sadly it's hard to get :C
Cool if I move to Korea I see myself living in similar style units! Haha some has mixed opinions on lofts I heard though. Like how you don’t effectively end up using the loft only as storage haha
Yeah big enough to get the job done.nice I like the design.clean and white and those electronic key pads are nice though I'd still prefer a know and a key
I used to live in a place like that with my wife before we had kids. Ours had a bit more space on the first floor. But we were paying something like 1.4M KRW a month.
Outside of Seoul, and with more key money, you can get a three bedroom apt, (32 pyeong) for 350 a month. So... I guess it depends on how much key money you can afford, and where you wanna live.
I went to kulinary school with this Korean guy. The coolest dude you ever meet. So helpful and understanding spoke 3 languages. Koreans speak English very well. Almost to well lol. He was very nice person everyone got along with him.
this is a great video and btw i subbed recently and your videos and very fun and interesting :please can you make more videos with the girl you met at at the internet cafe!
I stayed in one of those loft studio and trust me when I say you should not sleep on the loft if you have an upstairs neighbor. You will HEAR everything! because it is located where the bathroom is.
Try Manhattan. As it looks like it's in a modern building, that apt. would run you at least $4000 to $5000 per month. If it's not in a modern building, it will probably run about $3500-$4000 per month.
I use the same biotherm aqua power.. works real good... There used to be a biotherm aqua power product that was thinner like water..i think it was a Toner? it was called "aqua power fermented clear essence" the bottle was the same color scheme as the products you have currently........ You would use it after washing face but before moisturizing...it used to be SO good but it got discontinued .. you can still find some online though from retailers that had too much stock
Amazing tour, it's very impressive how you can use every inch of space for functionality. And it's kinda cute and amzing clean. thanks for entertain us with your video. I keep up waiting for the JAPAN CONTENT🎎. I'm watching you from Perú.:)
