Thank you for showing us options at different price levels, Ying! I subscribed after watching your video showing an apartment for $219. I don't see a big difference in that apartment and this one at around $700. Between the two, I would choose the $219 option.
@@yinginthailand Yes, I thought about that. Real estate prices are the same in America: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! LOL My house here in Texas should be sold by June and I will move to Thailand in July. I want to visit multiple cities before I decide where to live. I think probably Bangkok, Hua Hin, Phuket, Pattaya or Krabi. I will check your other videos to see if you have presentations of any other cities. Thank you and good luck with your channel!!

I would still take the $250 condo. It was a very nice condo! I would like to see videos on 2 bedroom condo ….I woukd want to use 2nd bedroom as an office.
Thanks for the sub! 🙂 Well it depends on the area but I would say buying a house will cost more and not easy to get the house in the city. The average is around 2 - 4 million baht for condo 25-30 sqm.

Hey, it's my condo! I love my condo because the location and area is really good in addition to the facilities and the clean quality of the condo. For my unit, I pay about $500 and it's a just a studio on a higher floor, but I think the prices have gone up and average about $700 like this one in the video.
@@yinginthailand yes definitely, I lived here before and I moved back lol. It's such a good area too, lots of good food and drink around, 2 grocery stores in 1-2 minute walking distance, an 800baht per month gym next door, and 24 hour Starbucks, I could go on lol. I might try a new area closer to my work, but this place is one of the best condos for the value in BKK for me.
@@retiredsailor4 Hi, no electricity and water are typically separate, but actually not too expensive depending on your usage. If I'm using AC a lot with water, I might pay around 1500baht a month. I usually use a fan and it saves a lot. For example, I think one month, for total utilities cost, I paid around 500baht.
Sawatdi Khrap, Ying! OK, it's close to the Ekkamai BTS station, but 25000 bahts is still quite expensive for such a small 1-bedroom apartment. You pay extra high price for the Rythm brand and the roof swimming pool. This said, this one is beautifully decorated!

Thank you for showing different price levels 🙂 But this aparment are overprice. I think more and more stupid foreign make Thailand and Bangkok more and more expensive. There are great aparment for 100 up to 300 Euro per month. If i would be possible to buy land as a foreign i would buy on the Bang Krachao Island. There is no better place in Bangkok, that it so much green but also central to bangkok central. Also good but not so green where a big House with land between Lumphini Park and Benchakitti Forest Park. Thank you for sharing your content with us Greetings from Germany

Yeah exactly, nowadays it is easy to travel by BTS or MRT. However, I think people just choose what best for them. If they’re willing to pay, so it’s their choice. 🙂
I enjoy cooking so this apartment would not suit me. It does have a nice closet. Also, I see clothes washing machines in most place but where do you dry clothes?
