Sam Bradford would have benefited as a player from the rookie contracts they sign today. (not personally though) One could compare him to Jimmy Garoppolo. Getting injured always but Jimmy G was kept around because he wasn't that expensive in the first place. He had contracts which were easier to unload. So we still think about him as someone who reached a SB with a good team. Sam B could have done that, given the team.
