Flip the turbo and you wont have to weld the down pipe. you have the cold side on the wrong side

Idk how you keep from not opening the box as soon as you get it. As soon as i get stuff in the mail i open it by the time i get to the door lol

D15b7 non Vtec Don’t run more then 6-7 lbs or this will go BOOM. And forget about 450-350-250 hp. Be happy if you even dyno 180whp. That is if you want to keep it safe. Just get a good ECU and tune and get fuel mods, injectors , pressure regulator and it will work!

To put A/C in to your civic with turbo. You need to use the log turbo manifold.

Not To Mention That You Had To Get Rid Of The A/C 😭💔

Gets a bad paint company and has to redo it 50x. Gets a cheap turbo...wonder how many problems this will call before he learns to just do it right the first time

Cast iron manifold is the way to go with the Ebay turbo kit. The EBAY ram horns have never been reliable (in my experience)

welp my car is pretty much perfect for a turbo. the ac blows warm and the power steering has seen better days. its in excellent condition besides the typical paint peel from that particular year and has had tons of stuff replaced on it. paid 1200 for it which is a steal imo for the condition it was in and the way it drives

I would have returned that shit kit the second I realized it wouldn't fit with the AC as advertised and I would have made them pay the return and original shipping and give a full refund. Fuck that bullshit man. I have no tolerance for this crap. They wasted your time and your money.

I would have send that back, they said it would fit with the air. If my car has air I'm keeping it. If it's hot in the summer you need air.

All these cheap kits end up blowing up like two days after Install I hope this isn't the same way. I'd like to see this civic work well and last I love the color and that its a coupe

Get what you pay for in the turbo kit world. Makes for better content when you have to fabricate stuff to work though!

Honestly you might just want to go see about getting a custom manifold made that will allow you to keep ac. Or look for one from a reputable company. From what I have heard these cheap Chinese manifolds are pretty known for cracking. Would suck to make your whole setup around that manifold then end up with it needing fixing or replacing.

Bro, it doesn't get much more fun than a low boost setup on a single slammer. It'd be much better if you did a VTEC head swap on that B7 block, because VTEC really does make a hell of a difference, especially with boost, but I boosted my JDM D15B VTEC in my EJ8 coupe when I got it and even with a stock cam and valvetrain I would rev it to 9k rpm between shifts and on 10 psi with a bone stock block it made 208 whp on an eBay turbo kit and 450cc DSM bluetop injectors tuned on a chipped and socketed P28 ECU and Crome. I had a JDM Del Sol Si single cam trans (basically a USDM Si trans) and an Exedy stage 2 street/strip clutch. It would shame modified WRXs and Mazdaspeed 3s because it was so light. Once you get this car tuned you're going to have alot of fun with it. Seriously though Mike, I would suggest a Z6 head (or entire engine) swap ASAP.

You could have mached it up, just use two bolts on eatch side

I believe you can clock the back section of the turbo so that the flange faces the right direction.

What is your wheel and tire spec on the civic?? I have the same year civic with some 15x8 wheels I forgot what offset but the tires it has on right now are 195/50/15 and I bought some nitto nt01’s because I want the look you have but I’m afraid they’ll rub,so if you can please share some info it would be cool

go to a hydraulic hose and fitting place and have the lines made that go ffrom the compressor to condensor ... lol the ac compressor not the turbo .... had to do this for a gsr teg that had a similar setup ... turbo is fine with cold side of compressor in its current position . might have to get a diff downpipe and would also suggest gettting a molded for civic intercooler piping kit .
