In my opinion, I like to live in apartment that close to the subway or skytrain because the traffic jam ( especially when it’s raining). Moreover, apartments in Thailand have many facilities (swimming pool , exercise place ,working room, garden) and don’t need to buy a car . But this townhouse is big and good.
Definitely a condo apartment is much more convenient and you don't have to worry about a lot of things that you do when you have a house or townhouse. I like condo for convenience as well. It's good to see different options
HI Davion, Thanks for the upload! I'm from the US, and here the agents offer units to potential tenants based on their age and race for presumed community fit. Is that also typical in Thailand? Mahalo, Mahalo
Hey there! Definitely not like that over here. If you gan be shown any units as long as you have the budget for it. Only thing they want to make sure is you have the means to pay the security deposits and maintain monthly rent
Gotcha. In that case, definitely recommend making a trip and stay for like 30-60 days to see how you like it. There’s quite a bit to figure out if you plan to move here
