Hi Davion! Wow, $800 per month divided by three roommates is only $266 each. That’s crazy cheap if you split the rent three ways!

In my opinion, I like to live in apartment that close to the subway or skytrain because the traffic jam ( especially when it’s raining). Moreover, apartments in Thailand have many facilities (swimming pool , exercise place ,working room, garden) and don’t need to buy a car . But this townhouse is big and good.
