I'm from the U.K nad I have a lot of admiration for China, China has a long history a lot spent on innovation and I see China now using that innovation spending money on building while I see my own country and other Western countries spending money on destroying other peoples countries and economies. I have visited China 3 times and sadly I never spent enough time there, there is so much to see but also so much to learn from China.

I am from the west and renounced their rhetoric in the 1960’s when Australia still had great journalists. Even my educated friends, to this day, still refuse to accept that they are the victims of propaganda.

I'm from Brazil, I'm deeply interested in Geopolitics and me and some others can see beyond the mass media propaganda, but unfortunately I think most people don't. I think China's best bet is to focus on it's civilizational philosophy and let the West implode by itself. Do not fall for colour revolutions. What the West doesn't get about China is that what's good for the Bee might not be good for the hive, but what's good for the hive is good for the bee. The individual in western societies often acts like an egoistic bee, and that in scale will destroy any sense of community in the hive.

First of all, Chinese people should never ignore the disinformation. Always stand up to disinformation, especially if you know its wrong. Ive seen Chinese people keep quiet because they dont want trouble. But this is wrong because by keeping quiet you are enabling them to pick on your own people. Chinese people need to stand up to this bullying.

If you are training journalists to write something specific, giving them billions of dollars, that's not free press.

$1.5 billion to train journalists how to write negative stories about China..... This is what I have encountered recently and now I know why. I have met a young couple in Thailand recently. They were from US and they were traveling from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and then to Cambodia and Vietnam and before going back to US. We have happened to have a casual friendly conversation and I have asked them since they are so near to China, why not go to China just for a few days to see China. I told them China is very interesting. But I was surprised of what they told me. They said according to all their media reports in US and advice by their government and many people. They were advice and told not to travel to China. Even their parents don't allow them to go to China. They were told China is not a safe country to travel. Very dirty, poor rundown infrastructures, poor transportation system, polluted, homeless people are everywhere waiting to rob tourists are common even in broad daylight. Chances of been detained for no reason by the Communist is very high. Because China is an authoritarian state and all foreign visitors are monitored by thousands of cameras everywhere, every minute where foreign visitors go. Foreign visitors from western countries can be detained for months or even years for no reason. Then I asked them about many RU-vids videos showing many interesting things about China. Don't they ever watch those video? The answer from them is their media and government said those RU-vids video showing positive about China are all lied and paid by Chinese government to create them. All these is what they know about China. The couple is like below 25 years of age and already so badly brainwashed by their government and controlled media. This is really sad.

In the old days like 20 years ago, the cotton picking labors were actually imported from the eastern provinces, such as HeNan. I was a college student at that time and went to my univeristy in west along with those poor people by train. Xinjiang is relatively richer. They hired many labors from outside for those labor intensive works. The 'forced labor' was an obvious joke to me when I heard it in the first place. But the western media mixed it with the human right issues to make China looking terrible. Is there a human right issue in China? Absolutely, but not in a way like the western thought. The Chinese govt is way too strong. The govt is trying to balance the rich and poor as a whole society. In their agenda, the rich people in China don't have as much privilege as in the West. That makes those rich western countries not so comfortable since their properties are not well protected in China when doing business in China.

The difference between the Soviet union and China is that the Soviets didn't have accessibility to see first hand what the US as a product is vs US as an advertisement. I first understood how much US lies in it's free media after I traveled to the Soviet union, the Soviets didn't understand America until it was too late. I had people tell me that they don't need universal healthcare in the US because everybody was rich enough to pay for it.
