I was gonna say, not sure about your state, but where I live, 1 full book pays a garuntee of 50% of your money back. IE, buy a $600 book, get at least $300 back.
Is the "Supporting schools for 30 years" supposed to make you feel better about playing? Like those bottomless money pits aren't already extorting enough from property owners.

Buy yourself a chinese cookie before you buy scratchers. It often helps. Or make your own luck letters, and draw them. The universe would definitely answer you. Mabe it is not what you want to hear, but it is ussualy correct.
At $280 (w the missed #14) that is close to half of $660, fairly average result with is expected. Now if it was only $100, then yes I would expect some more winners on the rest, but there is no even distribution among the individual books, that is just the way our minds think of it
