Thank Richard, as a former deputy the use of intentional misconduct(looting) that the judge mention is great new to retailers, he is clearly agreeing that the company has harmful intent and lack on their fiduciary duties as a CEO.
Waiting for “stock settlement” momentum. That should squeeze the crap out of the Criminal Shorts driving sp into the stratosphere. We should all leave GTII very happy. I believe the squeeze will be short and quick sometime in 2025. GL
Fortunately Richard is a much better lawyer than he is a comedian. This news is so completely positive that it’s a little hard to believe. It reminds me of the legal thriller “Reversal of Fortune.” How lucky are all of us that we got “stuck” into GTII with J.R? And Richard Hoffman involved at this time? The CEO himself put the company into a seemingly irreversible death spiral and Richard stepped in to not only stop it, but has put it in position to potentially become legendary.Even if it only develops modest positive cash flow it will be one of the greatest turnarounds ever. We can’t thank you guys enough! Good bless J.R. & Richard Hoffman!
Richard - and JR - just want to make sure l keep letting you know how much you are appreciated and respected. I personally love the poorly conceived jokes but i would personally contribute to get you a joke writer if it helps keeping you on the case.
You have demonstrated your selflessness and took action instead of complaining! You have shown that retail can take action without necessarily going the class action lawsuit way. I think this should become the play book for retail. MMAT’s case could have been arrested before bankruptcy!
Let’s stay focused on the reason why we are all here. It’s not to save the company or for growth. It’s about stock settlement, for the Shorts to cover their massive position. The Squeeze should leave all GTII shareholders happy. Looking forward to 2025. GL family.
Thank you to the both of you Richard and JR for going against the corrupt management at GTII. I have lost so much money in the stuck market, starting with AMC and GME, and now GTII. I am living paycheck to paycheck with a family of 4, and doing Uber Eats to pay the bills. Need a win here gentleman. I’m $30 grand in debt.
Thank you so much Richard and J.R.. I thank God for the two of you. I sure wouldn't want to be the one paying the legal fees of GTII's Leadership team both now and in the future kachinnggg.
@@widener2004can Richard and company ask the judge for a blue sheet share count thru Finra ? To make sure the share prices currently reflected is diluted or not ?
