Edit your comment and add this everyone is skipping over how the song says this phone is not in service when he called his therapist then the ending lyrics have way more meaning, he tryed to have that call but no answer, yet he's still here today and to say what he said at the end for a person like that means a lot...
@@jayplss4503 for real I was working out and I used to smoke vape drink, and my chest was burning like couldn’t breathe, and out of nowhere all I hear in my head is “when life gets hard, keep on marching on”
It hits so close to home, came back from rehab a while ago and I can’t escape the drugs, my therapist helps me, just talking with her makes me calm. I won’t lose hope though, I’ll feel happy once I get out of this pit.
This project is like Refined $uicideboy$ like they've perfected speaking their mind and that's such an amazing thing because even if a track is bad (which none weren't) their words were enough to win over and audience. This album was definitely a love letter to us by the boys. Grey.
Yeah same . And that Outro : When life gets hard Keep a matching on Even if the finish line is far or you have to push the car Keep a marchin on . I felt that in first second , I'm so proud of them
My friend literally posted snippet with burning cassette background and named it "Forget It" by himself and later on that snippet blew up and after that everyone called that song "Forget It" and I am glad $uicideboy$ decided to keep the same name. My friend stopped listening to boy$, but I dm'ed him about the news that his song name got on the album and he was so hyped 🖤
I felt like this is a perfect example of when artists can change/ evolve/grow, but still keep their amazing style, flow and even image; but in $uicideboy$ case, the last song saying " Keep on marching on " felt like the most optimistic song I have heard them make in a long time. Also $crim going sober and both overall growing really is reflected in this album so much. What creative artists! Great review as well :).
@John Doe in one of the new songs on the album he said he started believing in god. and the tattoo thing is just something fans have noticed from recent pictures
Man Scrim probably would be dead If he stayed the way he was back then, so happy he changed. (But even so, there is people that dont like he being sober and clean)
@@avenoktys3253 HOLY SHIT THIS IS GENIUS! Idk why but when I read this is low key kinda blew my mind. But at the same time didn’t he cover up is St. Peter’s cross
@@lithium648 they tried something different and it sounds amazing but noone can disagree that the guitar and this specific autotune reminds of some one hit wonder artist rather than $uicideboy$
after listening to the whole album the night it came out I had one word and that was Speechless. I was so proud of them once I finished and they have blown it out of the park. Love every song on the album. Thank you for the really well done reaction video! Ready for the vinyl if they release one since itll be my first and favorite one!
It's probably cliche at this point but their music saved my fucking life and I'll never forget that I'm forever grateful for them. This album is so amazing I can't even put into words yet wat it means to me. My thoughts are in a whirlwind over it. I just can't stop playing it.
I loved this project to me it's there old style evolved and they're constantly evolving with every release and they're getting better and better with every new song
Let’s go !! Finally I’ve been waiting ! I love this Project it’s beautiful and means everything to me already 😂 love you as always Justine and your channel Suicideboys have a special place in my heart too ! Been listening to them for years already since like 2014-2015 around there and fell in love with them.
Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us fellow Grey 59ers. Long time fan from SoCal Riverside love your hair by the way. Your input is very good and $B hits me in the heart too like you said anything I'm feeling I can relate with no other artists other than the boys. As a musician dealing with dark stuff in my life I get discouraged from making music but this album has encouraged me to suck it up and push forward. Everybody needs that , thank you Justine bless up chica 🖤
Hey Justine, been a fan for a couple months and I really recommend listening to Freddy Krueger Freestyle by Nascar Aloe. it’s a scream heavy but still that dark $B beats
If Self-Destruction... is probably my favorite song from the album, but it's all 🔥🔥🔥 I dunno why but I really like the positive ending to the album as well.
I agree with everything you said. I've been a fan since the days of Radical $uicide and KYS 19-20 (late 2017) and yeah, I think you're right when you say this is possibly their best work ever. As you said there are some glimmers of their older style, but with perfected and with much more nuance. Just like you, no other artist makes me feel the same way their music does.
yeah the serenity prayer is something they use in AA/NA, and scrim saying he believing in a god he never thought he would believe is him discovering a higher power by doing the steps of AA. very relatable
I saw them in CT, only person missing was Pouya. Best, most emotional show I've ever been too. Edit: Always find myself wiping tears but never crying when listening to them.
I loved every single song on this album and was especially surprised when I heard Ugliest bc couple years ago on Instagram live Ruby did his verse as a freestyle.
The independent spell out I believe is a call back to independent by webbie which also features boosie. Its one hell of a call back and its rent free. And yeah scrim straight up said the serenity prayer. Aka the addicts prayer. He’s sober as of the time of this comment and I love it.
