Hemos estado buscando una casa personal en el sur de la Toscana mientras construimos una pequeña cartera de propiedades que generen ingresos. A día de hoy, todas las casas que nos gustaban tenían problemas importantes.
Nos hemos alojado en nuestras propiedades de alquiler dentro del distrito histórico, pero se alquilan tan bien que es una tontería seguir quedándonos en ellas cuando podemos alquilar una casa a largo plazo en el campo por una fracción de los ingresos del alquiler. Nos lo estamos perdiendo.

I really enjoy your videos. Ive watched almost all of them. Its great your doing them in spanish now but is it possible to get the undubbed version in English?

Always. It will be always available at the same time. It was just a case of testing one against the other first. Most are still going to be just in English, and the Spanish will come on at the same time. It is a lot more work to turn the audio into spanish and then change all the text and information too...! But we thought it was important. Especially Oly!

Hey brad, you wish you could speak Spanish like that, with spanish accent and everything 😂 hahaha. Great idea, though, dubbing your video in spanish! Spanish as you know is the second most spoken language in the unites states, one of the 3 most spoken languages in the world, and the official language in 25 countries! You will be able to increase your audience, subscribers, and likes 👍 big time! Now the only thing you need to do is to put olivia to talk in Spanish she won't need any dubbing though! Bien venidos al mundo hispano parlante ! If I ever put my own you tube channel it will be in Spanish, cause my English is poor ! 😢

Congratulations brad, I didn't know that, my apologies . I assumed you didn't ( and you know what happens when you " ASSUME" right? My husband has been married to me for 20 years and hasn't learned any Spanish, on the other hand I do speak & inderstand more greek than he does Spanish! 😂

Thank you for your very informative videos! Could you give me an idea of how much the cost of living for a single person would be in Umbria or anywhere in Italy? I am working on my italian citizenship and plan to travel and explore as soon as possible 🫶🏼

We cover our basics with less than €2000 a month. We rent which is €700. Our electric bill is about 120 a month. Gas averaged over the year is about €180 a month. We spend about 100 a week on groceries and that’s getting, too much meat and fancy stuff. I think you could get by very nicely on less than $30 a week here. Our cell phone is €10 a month and that includes unlimited Wi-Fi Wi-Fi is about $20 a month if you have it hardwired and $40 a month if you use Starlink. Our health insurance by in into the national program it’s a little over $200 a month but that’s a lot better than the 1600 a month we paid in the US. I hope this is helpful
