Joe, lovely, all you needed to do was fry off the bacon in the frying pan at the start and then add the veggies/rice solving the lack of oil problem. (Although it's not the healthy eating option). Looked good though, most people eat with their eyes after all. Also loved Dianne's instincts and thriftiness. Good try. Experimentation is the key to improvement. Adored all the banter and I'm expecting to see the dungarees at some point. Looking forward to episode two. 😃😂🤓
