Nigerians are known for having exquisite taste in fashion and decoration. I've met so many in France and a lot of them were pursuing careers like law and medicine. They all looked very very fit, happy and super organized. Very nice people too 😊👍
@@John-lp5xhAs a civil engineer he probably works on buildings that you go to regularly. He probably contributes to the country’s infrastructure more than you ever will.

Lived in and around the area for 30 odd years, Norwood junction has been rough for a while, but finally things are changing, new developments, the approach to the train station have totally change with a nice Italian restaurant. You have Crystal palace voted one of the best places to live it London 1.5 miles away. The thing with London you stay anywhere London enough it will eventually improve.
Guys keep in mind that the 1200 pounds a month can just be the initial adjustable rate. He might be paying so much more later when the real rates kick in. I really hope not and hos mortgage stays the same.
@@bboybeatleEven so you live in a house after a while there will be wear and tear that is hard to just clean lol, the fact his house has none of that shows he doesn't just keep his house clean for camera tour lol, also maintains it very well
Well no as you just get a room for £1200 in a shared house/flat...maybe just maybe you can get a ''studio apartment'' which is just a kitchen with a bed in it,, where you can't open the fridge door all the way because the bed is in the way.
@@utube9306 lol the privilege is seeping through your comment. So many other worse places to live in London. Norwood Junction has amazing transport links, a country park with a lake, leisure centre, good schools and lots of local business. Would I pick to live there? Hell fucking no. But dive is a big stretch.
@@keys6 then he would be paying rent too beside mortgage. As per being a good thing, my friendly advice from someone who has some knowledge about properties is to stay tf away from any deal like that unless you do it in a market where property are expected to increase a lot in the short term (which is unlikely in most of the world). Selling on those shares is never easy and in the meanwhile you still pay rent, ground rent and service charges
Edwin..you have a brilliant place..love the artwork..especially the girl with the pearl earing! Shame about the Red footie picture..Needs to be Blue from the same town🤣🤣
Which means I will never get to move to London. Thi is my first time to see inside a London house and that one has quite small rooms but very beautifully kept
