In this video I get a £20 F1 style led break light fitted to my Audi S3 another little simple modification. so I decided to have my F1 break light act as a solid brake light when the brakes are pressed I didn't want it flashing as it will be a reason for the police to pull you over.

It’s good but your meant to have a solid red light has day time running lights and flashing when breaking 😊

Thank bro. Reason why I decided to go with the solid brake light is because the Uk road traffic police will say it can’t be flashing and I just can’t be asked with them.. the normal local police don’t care about it, it’s just the traffic police 👮‍♀️

I got the garage to fit it same as yours but it didn’t flash so he changed the wiring to flash but it stays on all the time when I brake it flashes 5 times it should only work when I brake to flash ?

@@azzykaan3149 wow he clearly doesn’t know about wiring and electrical work…best thing I can suggest is follow my video step by step or hit me up on instagram and voice note me and il try my best to help you… but for it to constantly be on whilst driving and only flash when you brake he definitely wired it wrong

Hi! Top video thank you I installed the same light on my car, when I turn on the ignition without turning on the engine, it works Niquel, on the other hand as soon as I turn on the engine, it works during braking and then nothing... you don't know how I could fix this?

What car did you install on? Could be the wiring was wired up to the wrong…If you installed on the same car as mine follow the video exactly and you will be fine😎💯

@@emojicarmods4924 I did not install it on the same car as yours but my wiring is correct because the engine is off with the ignition on it works if I put my headlights on always with the engine off the F1 light works perfectly however when I turn on the engine I only have time to brake once and then the light goes out and doesn't come back on again unless I turn off the engine

Wire the black & red wires from the F1 brake light to the wiring system of the car😎👍

@@nabz188 The blue wire is for the car brake lights but check which one it is first because there are two blue wires in that wiring harness.😂😎👍

Hi the yellow and black is for the flicker and it connects up with a blue wire but be sure to check as there are 2 blue wires 😎👍

Did this car have led lights standard ? Because i drive a A6 C7 full led package can i just normally connect it
