Have watched this one a few times now. I honestly think this is the best layout of a small yacht for a family of any Nick has looked at. Nothing ground breaking maybe, they've avoided compromising in all the important places and then executed really well. Impressive!

One of the best of 2022 for the brand new value for money factor, to be honest not many can beat this boat at this price point brand new, what a gem Nick, cheers !

Love that Bavaria, our old Bavaria 38 was solid and this looks very much the same. I love the concept of the table at the bathing platform and the accommodation on board is phenomenal. At £262,000 that is a great value weekender which with the correct configuration could be a good weekly cruiser. I love it.

Nick I am constantly amazed with how much room the manufacturers are able to utilize on these smaller yachts, that mid-cabin is enormous! What a brilliant use of space and having a nice sized head adds to the comfort. I can see this as a fantastic day boat and an occasional weekender for a couple or a small family. Nice!

Absolutely love the design of it, the contrast, the matte black counters on the galley, the wide decks. They really seem to have put a ton of thought into the idea that this boat is to be used. They're not trying to make it something it's not. It looks to me to be about as perfect of a weekender as it gets.

Lovely boat and for those thinking this is still a bit out of their reach (and perhaps then some) this is the sort of class of boat that few years down the line starts to become very affordable whilst still very enjoyable. The downstairs coffee nook, the NOT wet-head, the aft seating on the deck. Very nice.

Great video Nick - cabin 2 felt REALLY spacious for a 36 foot boat, that just felt much better than most sub 40 foot boats I've seen on this channel and that was a nice head to, just great design!!

Really like how Bavaria never seems to have abandoned their sailing yachts roots by putting one of the VHF units below deck!

Really enjoyed this Bavaria. You can clearly see it's missing some of the luxury and creature comforts of your Fairlines, Sunseekers etc. But at this price point, you have all you need for a lovely little Weekender. I personally love these Bavaria's and Sealines. They are much more attainable. 👍

Hi, Nick. I know its not your usual topic but how would you feel about doing a video on the reasoning behind prices? I'm genuinely interested to see what differences there are between a 1/4 million boat and the multi-million ones. Of course there is size but I think it goes a lot further than that and some of the expected features for a few price levels would be nice to see. Edit - maybe go all the way down to a RIB and work up to something with a helipad? Just food for thought.

Some nice innovations, and it's good to see some design compromises being made, risks taken as it were - that chaise up next to the helm wouldn't do it for me, but it does make that second cabin much nicer for access and changing. The transom seating area is excellent though, really like that

Nick trying to show us the impracticality of the below deck dinette option and did so brilliantly by knocking over a wine goblet that no doubt had it been on someone's boat for real, would have been Waterford or Versace Medusa, and several hundred dollars worth of tears down the pipe. Surely nobody who owns one of these boats knows of the inherent constant and sometimes unpredictable nature of boats rolling amongst the waves and turbulent seas and would get wine glasses made of Symglass, or Tritan. Oh the horror!

Another informative video, thanks. I've just seen an intriguing couple of boats, one called a Protector Targa 410 and the other is a Rayglass 3500. As you haven't featured many RIBs, I would be interested to see a video on the Targa.

A much nice boat than the catamaran you showed us the other day this one is so much more practicable at considerably less cost. Cabins quite often look cramped with trying to pack so much in but with the galley location as is it makes for two cabins that are bigger than one would expect for the size of boat. If only I could win that lottery

Quite novel in some respects...which means one needs to consider one's lifestyle afloat to see if it 'fits'. Hard to imagine how the back portion of the boat 'works' if it's closed off with glass door and glass panel. Thank you, Nick.
