Using a travel hack I was able to book 2 seats in British Airway’s new A350 Club Suites for just £70 each. And the best bit? The housemate James didn’t even know we were flying business class! Here's our review.

Always goes to show that Avios are not "useless" and can make some wishlist experiences possible. I flew Qatar Airways QSuites (one of the world's best business class products) for the first time earlier this year thanks to my Avios (I redeemed 37,500 of them to fly from Doha to Zurich for just £105 in taxes and fees)

Another tip for cheap business class flights is Latam from Madrid to Frankfurt also with flad bed seats for a minimum of €70.

Great video and such an awesome surprise for James! Avios can be such a great way to book award tickets. Collecting them "on your way" is great, but sometimes even collecting them on purpose can be a great deal. I took part of an Iberia promotion in 2018 which got me 90000 Avios for 247€. Those points, added up with about 250€ taxes and 100€ for ferry flights with checked bags to and from Madrid got me a business class return ticket from Madrid to Miami on Iberia. Considering transatlantic business flights usually don't sell anywhere under 1400€ and can sometimes even be double that price, that where some well spend 600€ in total. And that route wasn't even the best possible redemption price wise, just the most convenient for me... Well planned milage / points usage combined with travel hacks can make luxury travel really affordable, even for us mortal people 😂😂

Back in 2007 I was in between 2 houses and had some spare money. I was supposed to go out to Australia for my mates wedding and looked into Business Class just to see what it cost. I was using Travelbag to sort out tickets and visa etc. They found a flight with Royal Brunei Airlines for just over £2k and I took it. Unfortunately as you mention a couple of times in this film it kind of spoils you for travelling any other way 😆😎

Well, you must have sufficient avios to book a reward flight. BA club europe ticket is never £70.

Haha - yes, it's all explained in the video! And there's actually loads of flights for around £70 with BA Club Europe. Here's just a few of their current prices: Genoa - £64 Bordeaux - £69 Amsterdam - £73 Milan - £75 Venice - £75 Vienna - £76 Rome - £78
