Been to both universal and disney in the past year and universal was definitely the way to go. I don't have any nostalgia for disney so a lot of it is just parents with peter pan syndrome trying to recapture their child years and neglecting their kids that they usually have no controle over. Not to mention disney has crazy prices for small portions of food so imagine walking around in the florda sun just to get something to drink and get greeted with a $5 watter bottle or an $8 can of coke Universal has a bit of everything including multiple different restaurants that are pricy but not as pricy, movie theater, and 3 different parks that all have plenty of shade to get under. Islands of adventure alone is full of exciting rides and has plenty of stuff for kids to enjoy. Plus i found Islands as cleaner than anywhere else
Another thing a person can do. When they have the survey thing over at the NBC media center, can get free gift cards and use them around the park. Also helps to get out of the heat for a little bit. I drink water because I am not a huge soda person. I also use the single rider lines.
To be honest west people intentionally lower rating INDIANS flight...even if they get 5 star treatment. You are good and rare that's why full of positivity.
i am there twice a week and most days i buy nothing, collapse able cup for water, there early and out by 1 pm beat the crowds and use single rider a lot!! usually 8 rides in a half day
