Just made this, the single best baked fish we have ever had. Used corn starch and that was the only change, honestly don't see myself frying again(dealing with the oil is a pain in the ass), but smoke point of cooking spray became a small issue. Next time I will atomize olive oil.

If I only have a toaster oven (the big ovens don't come standard in kitchens where I live), would this recipe still work? Or is the closest option an air fryer?
FYI: All salt sold in groceries is sea salt. That found in mines is from ancient seas that driued up long ago. All is sodium chloride and tastes the same.
It's no difference then frying 🍳 it in the hot grease on the top of the stove because it has flour and other stuff added to the fish 🐟 that ain't no healthier than frying 🍳 it in hot cooking grease on top of the stove! The real way of living on earth 🌎 is practicing live and let live and do not over indulge in eating or nothing you do in life because the true meaning of life there ain't nothing illegal in our Creator creation, and it was all put here and given to all of us on earth 🌎 from the one and only power that created all thing's our eye's 👀 see 👀 just for us all to live off of for survival and appreciate our Creator for allowing all of us to be apart of a beautiful creation that some of us on earth 🌎 make look so ugly when really it's a beautiful thing given to all from the one and only power above So it's nothing wrong or illegal on earth 🌎 just as long as you don't over indulge in life being greedy over doing yourself in whatever it maybe in life you see 👀????
