Gregors, Thought I'd share this you. For over 2 months I have been groovin, and locked into your Detroit House MUSIC albums mixes I- V. I went to a cottage in Quebec last week with 15 "after hours people (7men, 8 women ) I set up my speakers inside started pumpin the volume. All of a sudden these french dudes came over and the guy asks me if I could bring what I'm playing to a" beach at night party" he's having. We get there and there are about 100 crazy high french people and a crazy clean sound sytem. I waste no time I dropped your mix collections 1-2 people including myself are losin it! I play some other favourites people start complaining because they want to hear what I was playin before. Then I drop the Detroit House Music Mix III (fuck the set list), which in my opinion is the best house music mix I've ever heard..that track that begins at 44 min..then at 52 min "It's crazy" "love this shit" and "what the fuck is goin on".. awesome night .Thank you Detroit House M-U-S-I-C all I had to do was bring the real house music to the people and click play. ** Gregors Soundhome you and The Daddy 044 r the best
+Gregors Soundhome Now we're talking about 101 crazy french high on that^^,i come back for more.Remind me french rave party's on the early 90's with derrick may and more.Really underrated channel there.Kiss your vinyl record store owner for me!
Jesse Michael Tustin Cool story, you can't ignore the Detroit House&Techno sound, masters of mood, stylish dudes creating the greatest underground electronic sound anywhere on the planet, real music of such a high art form.
@@GregorSoundhome This last saturday me and a friend went out looking for a nice night out and we found a party at a house by pure chance. Until that moment we where fucking grooving in the car with your sets. When we go into the party they were listening to detroit house, albeit a little bit dirtier. FUCKING YESS. the best shit.
Gregors Soundhome so good these mixes my friend, this fills in the missing gap for me if your trying to work the story out of underground electronic music of the highest quality and its evolution , Berlin owes Detroit a lifetime, this scene was so underground, hidden& sheltered by the rightful success of NYC garage& evolving deep house scene, running parallel at the same time 89-95, this is just as good as New York classic house, deep house or soulful house scenes.
