That's a wrap for Vincenzo! No, I feel so empty now. Vincenzo is one of the best drama I've ever watched. But hey, I'll never forgive the writer for killing Han Seo. He's literally the best boy. I made an edit of him. I don't know I just want to make an edit about his abused self and his character development. Pity Han Seo, you're always in my memories.

@@sgrg13 that is because he's not really dead yet. Maybe in season 2 there's a huge comback from chairman jang han seo. And maybe he is with vincenzo at malta being trained on how to be a strong or shortly to be a mafia. After that they can run the babel smoothly and properly.

The writers really did him dirty. His death hit me even more after reading an analysis on how he was basically killed with the same weapon he bought to protect himself from his brother. I mean, not only he was abused his entire life, he still died at hands of his abuser with the very same gun that was supposed to keep him safe. That's pretty fcked up. The writers didn't give a fck about him and it shows. Shame on them.

I like the way you analyzed. At my point of view, the gun, which is a short gun with classical style that could be seen in “God Father ” movies, is a kind of symbol of the mafia. So, the image of the gun may represent for Vincenzo. Vincenzo is the weapon to protect Han Seo from his brother, and also the reason that make Han Seo’s death (as he prevent Vincenzo from being shot). Therefore, I think the editor wanted to use the gun image as a metaphor for Vincenzo and it was very artistic.

But that's a good tactic for making a show like Vincenzo... Having a character you can just love and you feel with him, and then killing him off. You can see the reaction of the audience, everyone felt that and was sad. That's what they want. If we wouldn't have such sympathy for him, it wouldn't hit that hard.... it's sad, but I think it's a good tactic

Maybe its also supposed to show the terrifying reality. Unfortunately its often the case that the good guys/heros (however you wanna call them) end up losing and can't be rescued. Just a thought tho, I haven't even watched Vincenzo so I can't really judge anything :)

My mom and my dad were so upset cuz that scene was so stupid... Vincenzo acted like a normal person giving all of the oportunities to Han seok to kill them all, when Han seo did everything to help and yet Vincenzo didn't take ALL of te chances, if he had to die well, but that was so badly scripted , idk but it was unrespectful to the viewers how that one scene was so stupid, it got us sad and mad the whole episode 🤣🤦🏽‍♀

That scene where vincenzo saved chayoung instead of going and helping jang han seo fight jang han seok bugged me so much.......... vincenzo was a high level mafia and apparently he knew how to handle situations but that scene just made me question everything..... That scene was the one and only reason why vincenzo as a drama went from very good to just a good or even an average drama in my list.........

But being a high level mafia doesnt make him supernatural tho. He is human and literally the woman he loves and has known for longer than jang han seok was in danger, of course his first instinct is to go with her. Plus he couldnt just charge in, else both would be dead. Plus this is the first situation that vincenzo emotions are involved that he has had to handle. He didnt really have anyone he wanted to protect before. Even though he has proved himself, you have to remember this was the person they were fighting against before. It was a pretty realistic ending, from him dying to vincenzo not being able to live in korea. Just my thoughts.

Lol never watched the last few episodes bt as soon as they made cha become Vincenzo obsessed the show went down hill. Vincenzo and cha chemistry was like watching paint dry and trying to be interested in it. It was unnatural. I really think the actor playing Vincenzo should do a BL show coz really he had more chemistry with the males including this adorable brother than her. Even though I never watch it I can imagine what the directors and writers did with the show. Great love story was just weird

@@sandiabha That's because their chemistry was a slow burning kind of love and to add, Vincenzo isn't a romance genre. Imo, their chemistry was off-charts. Also what chemistry with males? He didn't have any. The episode 8 where he had to do a mission with a gay man, he obviously didn't like it. He was just doing it for a mission. That, was unnatural. At least Vincenzo and Cha Young's chemistry had sparks.

To be honest I started hating vincenzo and cha young when han seo was died , cha young was doing all this to take revenge of his father, but han seo helped him even if he hadn't any reason like saving from interpol and gas leakage, out of all the people he deserved the most , he could have fled somewhere when vincenzo offered, he wasn't supposed to take bullets for vincenzo and cha young if he just wanted chairman position. Writer were dirty I wish they release next season and revive han seo

The death scene was sad but when Vicenzo got a flashback while he was eating with Jang Seo and he was explaining about the watch that Jang Wo gift and what he found under it, in my opinion, it was the sad moment. The final smile in the flashback kill me

The way he was treated hurt my SOULLLL and Vin treated him like a brother and he actually cared so much about him even though he was distant at first. Han Seo actually did love his brother, but he was trying to protect the people around him instead of himself because that’s just the type of person he was. When he died, it hurt bad like really bad😭😭

2:43 idk if it just me but when han seo said "you should never been born" , han seok smile and pat his brother's hair as in telling him, "no, brother. You don't understand. Let me explain to you" he was about to manipulate his brother into thinking what he did was right all along, to get his brother back to how he used to be (scared, always listen to han seok) but then han seo cursed at him and looked at him with anger..that when his smile faded, he knew he had lost his brother, his brother no longer on his side, his brother had betrayed him, that is not his brother anymore (in his mind as a psychopath) so that's why there's a single tear before he shot him. idk maybe i'm over analyzed bcs I can't accept his death🥲

I think your analysis is amazing, it makes so much sense and honestly I kinda wish that happened. It sounds bad but I grew to like Hanseo and Hanseok so much that I wish Hanseo listened to his brother. The 2 could have gotten closer and been able to run the company together. for once I actually wish the villans had won and Hanseo ran the company with Hanseok. Hanseok is a psychopath but I still wish Hanseo was able to form a relationship with him. In my mind, that would be the only way for both of them to live

han seo's death scene didn't make me cry 😭it made me sob😫😥, besides the fact that he was my favorite character, he was so adorable and innocent in so many ways but the character development really hit me as well as his one innocent wish, to have a brother who truly loved him (idk that just hit me so hard when I 1st watched that scene and I immediately started to sob and became depressed as shit)

This drama had a way of giving everyone their karma. Vincenzo: killing and tormenting people on his own judgement (taking them away from their loved ones) now has to live apart from his loved ones. Chayong: working for corrupt people, dismissing family and her morals now fights hard for the innocent and has a longing for the man who’s given her a new family. Hanseo: worked against his own brother with the intention of killing him off and now that he’s found someone who truely feels like a brother, he’s the one that dies. Insane.

Jang Han-Seo's character development and redemption arc reminded me of Justin from 13RW, they were both broken and hurt people who made some mistakes but later on become the best version of themselves when they found genuine love and care, they both found their "brothers" by the end of the show but sadly weren't alive to cherish them.

Vincenzo give him a familly, a brother and love he needed from his own brother and seeing him smiling and being happy when he was with Vincenzo was the most beautiful scene ever and he deserve to be happy. of all the characters he was really the one who had a really tragic end and it hurt me so much

i got so mad when he died, especially bcs when han seo and his brother were fighting- Vincenzo could have easily helped but instead, he was too worried about cha young ugh. I cried so hard when he died, i didnt rlly care if the other characters died but man han seo’s character hit me so hard

Just finished to watch this amazing drama! And I get that some people are upset with Han-seo's fate and think that his character was neglected. But, honestly, I do not think writers create some relevant character to not give a damn about them. This is just called "good writing"🖋 And as a writer myself, if I were to create such a tragical dynamic between two siblings with one of them having the same character development as Han-seo's, that's definitely how I would end things. Since the episode of the big reveal and the way things were going between those two, Han-seo's fate appeared so obvious to me. It was tragic and beautiful. The writers did an amazing job! 🔥

I see many people who are upset about his death criticizing the writers. Don’t forget that they created him in the first place. They made him likeable. His end was tragic but he redeemed himself in the end. Even though he was not directly involved any of the murders or crimes he was still a part of it for so many years. He was afraid to reveal the truth to the world. Most of his life he had to live as coward who was scared of his life. But in the end he tried to stop his evil brother without even thinking about his life. The very thing he was afraid of losing all these time which made him a coward. By sacrificing his life for the other two he just became a hero. Thereby redeeming all his mistakes or crimes.
