I'm sure that's what a composer like Olafur strives to create, mindless background music to play at funeral homes. Sweet Lord.

What demons other then those of the past. This life is so full of surprises. The best dad is the one who loves. It is not an easy task, with or without demons. You feel this music. You hold on to a dream. What way can you go but up? When the demons have left, who is there to catch the fire? Who is there to love the sun? Without demons there are also no angels. Both belong to the mysterious universe. As you write, you can forget, but you can never be free. The only way to get rid of demons is to face them, see beyond them and recognise that both light and darkness are needed to paint a picture. We search for contrasts. What you call demons are just figments of your imagination, but in this dream-like existence, everything that is not real is still part of what you feel. So, when I think of you, I do not know who to imagine. Maybe you are just at the doorstep. Be. Remember that in Buddhist psychology there is anger, but behind anger there is sadness and behind sadness there is confusion. Those are the three steps to enlightenment. Know that anger is sadness and sadness is confusion. Maybe that helps and please, do not take yourself too serious. Sometimes it is good to just let go and be someone else. Where did you get this research because I think it's bs.

This is not sad music. Not to me and, I guess, to a LOT of other people. This is CALM music, soothing music that relax your heartbeat and makes your brain release endorphin and other neurochemicals that reduce anxiety, for instance. Where did you get your information from? Not from peer reviewed research articles in neuroscience, I guess. It's misleading and wrong, actually. Be careful with this kind of judgment based on your subjective opinion.
