music like this helps me calm down before bed. it puts me inside a mindset and helps me not be so afraid to sleep, sometimes im afraid to go to sleep because i dont want someone hurting me or feeling vulnerable but, i like when music calms me down and i feel so snug and cozy
Makes sense, sometimes music like this tends to sound very sad. For others though, it can be very calming/uplifting/or even soothing. We're all different.
