The Śaṃvatī sūktaṃ, is a collection of chants which feature in the Rigveda Samhita Mandala 7, Suktam 35 and Rigveda Khila, Adhyaya 2, Suktam 13. These chants are chanted for prosperity, victory and eternal bliss. "Śaṃ" in vedic terminology denotes peace and eternal bliss. Through this chant, eternal bliss and peace is sought by praying upon gods Varuna, Indra, Soma, Agni, Rudra, Vishnu etc. The main deity for Śaṃvatī sūktaṃ are "Vishve Devas". We sincerely pray to the parabrahman for everyone to achieve peace and eternal bliss through the same.
