Greetings from Bulgaria. It made me uncomfortable that there were nationalistic comments. We here in the Balkans have exchanged culture for 500 years. For that reason, it is unacceptable for me to fight and insult each other over music. Listen to the nice music and have fun! Cheers

This is purely a Turkish country song from the Marmara region of Turkey. We name such kind of music and songs, though semi folk, Turku, (Türkü). The Word with an historical background of some 800 years represents the music and songs made by peasants (villagers either dealing with agriculture, or some with animal breeding namely husbandry etc. according to the physical conditions of their territories). Certainly these songs vary in accordance with the region and regional character of the writers of Turkues. Pls note the Word Turku is resembling the nationality of our peoples Turks. Such as İ am a Turk. On the other hand living under Turkish domination and along with Turks for a) 1000 years in 2/3 of Anatolia, B) 700 years all over Anatolia and some 400 - 500 years in the Balkans and Greece of today, the Greeks of Byzantine era (includes Romans as well), and then Greeks of the Last 400 years have been very much influenced by our Turkish culture. I know many of them either due to their IGNORANCE, or due the GRUDGE and HATRED they bear for us ALLEGE we are Mongols, peoples with entirely a different language,
@@HaraldSjellose İ hate Greeks cultural indecency. They keep on enrouching our cultural heritage almost for a ciecle. I am 77 and know what I'm talking about. I used to sing this song to one of my girl friends in 1960.
Adının yazılışından veya birşeylerden mutlaka arıza çıkarırlar.. Ne alakası var demeyin. Çok alakadı var. Beyin sisi durumlarından kurtulalılım artık bi zahmet.

Purely a Turkish songs and covers in Greek. I don't know who she is. As all know, there is a Turkish minority in Greece and Greek minority in Turkey. She probably is either one of the Turkish minories in Greece or a Turkish bride/wife of a Greek man in Greece. This is a song we name Turku (Türkü) which represents the country music made by the peasants-villagers (either dealing with raising crops, or husbandry-breeding Animals). They bear the characteristics of the region they belong. This word has a background of some 800 years. I want to drive your attention to 2 words: Turku and Turk, the second is the name for our nationality. As an answer to a comment İ did presented more details about the origines of our current music with a development history of some 1000+ years. I Know many Greeks who have heard all these songs from their grand parents (either directly grew up with this music themselves being a subect of the Turkic Ottoman Empire, living either in İstanbul or some town in Anatolia or had heard-learned from their parents of same Locations) before the 1923 exchange of minorities between the 2 states, think or believe that these are originally Greek songs. and some others with Nazi minds ALLEGE the same. I ask the this question: does this type of music or our Classical Ottoman Turkish songs have any resemblence to Traditional and historical Greek music they made by Harp and Lier from 600 BC to 800 AD. Whether a Turkish minority in Greece, or a Turkic wife to Greek man in Greece, she Shall be commiting a crime if before each concert or video recording she does not announce that this is a Turkish song and what she is going sing is an original Turkish one and its cover in Greek.
bilgiler vermişsin, okudum Şarkıcı İTÜ İstanbulda okumuş, sonra evlilik dolayısıyla oraya gitmiş... çok temiz akıcı ve dolgun sesiyle TÜRKÜnün arka alanda çalarken saatlerce dinleyebileceği tonda söylemesi harika. Burada gereklimiydi bilgiler?, bilmem!
