Recipe ingredients
• 4 ripe and firm tomatoes
• 1 large grated onion
• 4 spring onions or one more onion grated
• 1 clove of garlic, chopped
• 1 cup parsley + mint + basil
• 1 spoon of oregano
• 1 spoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
• 1 cup of flour (130-150 g)
• 1 spoonful of baking powder (if the flour is not flour)
• 4 spoons of grated breadcrumbs or semolina or oats
• 150 g feta cheese or grated hard cheese
• 1 egg
optional 1 spoon of ouzo
• sunflower oil for the pan or a little oil for the oven
