Butter - 90 grams
Salt - a pinch
Egg yolks - 2 pcs
Sugar - 40 grams
Orange layer:
Oranges - 2 pcs.
Zest of two oranges
Corn starch - 30 grams
Sugar - 100 grams
Cream soufflé:
Egg whites - 2 pcs
Sugar - 90 grams
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Natural yogurt (sour cream) - 400 grams
Corn starch - 30 grams
Bake at 170°C (338~°F) 50 - 55 minutes
