That coopers clamp thing is ingenious. This video makes barrel making look easy, which is a testament to the cooper, not the ease.

What an outstanding video. Not a single word spoken in the entire 20 minutes, like a masterpiece from the silent film era. No call to "like or subscribe", no four minute explanation that he's about to do the thing you knowingly searched for. He could be a mute for all I know, yet it doesn't matter. I wish this man could make every DIY video I ever needed from now until the end of days. A man and his barrel with a costarring cast of tools. He plays the role of cooper masterfully, but his true master craft is filmmaking.

perhaps put the tap hole in before finishing the body construction. How do you get the sawdust and that chunk of wood out?
@tmzhenatanwoodworking7252
@tmzhenatanwoodworking7252 Год назад
To drill the cork hole I use a hole saw... After drilling the hole, the round piece of wood stays inside the core bit and sawdust getting into the barrel is minimized...
@sergeytaranovich2368

Before they fill barrel with whiskey they burn barrels inside and add several pounds of maple charcoals to it, a few pieces of sawdust from a oak board will not contaminate anything

@tmzhenatanwoodworking7252

Thank you so much!!! I am very glad that you liked my work... To drill the filler hole, I use a core drill, inside which remains a cut round piece of the barrel, and all the small chips remain outside the barrel. Thus, the ingress of sawdust into the barrel is minimized ...

No, it’s not true... Oak blanks must dry in the open air for several years. Then they are used to make barrels. And only then do they fill the barrels with cold water for 7-14 days, periodically changing the water in the barrel to remove excess bitterness (tannins) from the oak...

Consistently Pray for forgiveness, guidance in a good (positive) direction, and for help against evil. Pray to be saved from hell (whatever that may be). Pray for your friends and your family too, it only takes a minute or so/less at a time to pray. Do it and your life will slowly get better, or maybe quickly. It probably just depends on you and the kind of person you are/have been. Don't wait until its too late and you have to suffer the consequences of built up bad karma from immoral acts/unrepented sins. Maybe together we can help make the world a better place by changing ourselves for the better, and changing things around us for the better. And addressing/thanking the CREATOR, LORD GOD at the beginning and end of your prayers would be a good idea 😊 Or just be my friend if you don't want to say the prayer 😄 I'm trying to help you get right with the LORD🙏 Amen. You should prostrate yourself if you don't want to do spoken prayer, or do both☺ Please worship the LORD GOD and not any idol. 🙏
