So my best friend for the last 25 years she makes gingerbread dough every year at Christmas and it is one of the most favorite gifts that I get is. She sent me from Tennessee to Texas gingerbread men now she doesn’t decorate hers that she males anyway like you do she just gives them raisin eyes and lots of love when she packs them And send them on their way to special people. Now once she’s done doing that they take their Christmas though that’s leftover after making cookies and of course she’s made three or four batches of this dough, they make their own homemade gingerbread houses and have a contest come up with some pretty coollooking homes and people anyway just wanted to share. I love the gingerbread.
....this one this year at my cookie party !!! !!!WOW...I love your recipe!! It is simple. does not have a gazillion ingredients in it, it's just right!!. Thank you Natasha for making it easier!!!
Sharkie chomped on a cookie and looked absolutely happy. I am envious! Thank you so much for the recipe and such wonderful happy energy to light up my day. Your daughter's decoration is a charm! 🥰
Just tried this recipe last minute and I can honestly say this was so easy and my cookies came out amazing❤ I did leave my dough overnight in the fridge and my dough felt more easy to use so yay
Look at all the little gingerbread boys and girls. I love gingerbread cookies. I just hope no one gets hurt crossing that river tomorrow. Better keep an eye on that fox! ;-)

These look delicious and so cute, I can't wait to make them! I've tried so many gingerbread cookie recipes over the past few years, and none of them are amazing, and I kept hoping you'd come out with a video since your recipes are always the best!! I'm so excited!! Happy holidays :)
I would love to see and taste that cake. We are a Spanish family and my mother loves Spanish cake and my wife wants to bake her one someday. Thanks for mentioning it and hope Natasha will attempt to bake one.
Natasha's Kitchen, just to let you know that someone just tried to scam us on Tellagram and is trying to use your name and picture to get money from me and my wife. Please to be sure and warn everyone of your fans. Keep up the good work your food is still delicious. Thanks for everything and blessings to you and your family😊
Yay! Your recipe is perfect and the icing is exactly what I needed. 💖 I didn’t want to use Royal icing because I didn’t want to use eggs. Thank you so much for the very fun and very helpful video. 🙏🙌
I love watching your videos Natasha, I also like the way you presented the video ❤ I also laughed a lot at the last paragraph, I enjoyed this video very much, thank you
They are, in fact, so cute and festive. They even tasted so good. I think I will enjoy this for Christmas. I love how you festooned these cookies with frostings and buttons. You are absolutely creative during the holidays. And speaking of that, greetings and happy holidays to you and your family ❤❤. SLAY!! And you can't catch me because I'm too fast for you and the fox will eat me up! Just kidding! 😂😂
Hi Natasha: Your cookies look delicious! Brings back memories of making and decorating those cookies years ago. Your daughter’s cookies are adorable. Sharky turned up at 4:56. 💜😎🇺🇸
I generally don't have the best experience with any kind of rolled cookies, but these look so good, I think I will try them. Sharkey was lurking at counter level as you were piping frosting onto the finished cookies. May you and your family have a blessed Christmas.🎄
Deliciously festive fun for the whole family! Sadly, I'm reminded of Alexander's father's parting words to his son as he hightailed it the hell out of his life, never to look back or leave him more than a minted half-sibling's guilty charity: 🎶Run, boy, run as fast as your dad, you can't catch me, you're a ginger-bred lad! 🎶 🏃💨🥺 Happy New Year!😁😅😂🤣
Saw Sharkie regurgitating a dropped cookie I guess. 😋 I was just thinking of making gingerbread cookies, but I'm not going to go through all this. It's just me, so I'll just make undecorated round cookies. Thanks!
@Natashaskitchen you know the best part about your recipes is that the ingredients' measurements are so very appropriate. They tasted so good and baked to perfection 👌 my teenage daughter never eats ginger bread cookies , and once I baked them she couldn't stop munching on them.
Sharky enjoyed the cookies and left a cookie mess on your counter🤗. I will definitely be trying this recipe. Merry Christmas to you and your family. 🎄Natasha, I’m loving your cookbook🤗
^Hugs ❤^ It's been a while since I've had gingerbread cookies of any description, Natasha, but these ones look both appetising and cute. 🙂 Meanwhile, I did indeed spot an unusually hungry Sharky at the 4:57 mark, and I hope you have a great Christmas too. 🎄💚
Decided to make these today. Came back to video and wow! Gingerbread mayhem! The kitchen fox first compliments the gingerbread lady on her pearl necklace then bites her head off. Then turns to the gingerbread boyfriend and bites off most of his head leaving his unsuspecting smile. The kitchen fox then unleashed her pet shark which in turn mangles a gingerbread man who could run but apparently could not swim. Then the kitchen fox made the little gingerbread people perform in a humiliating puppet show which ended with their heads getting bit off. Oh, the humanity! I worry for mother goose. This recipe makes yummy cookies. Thanks for a fun recipe!
HAHAHHAHA... I'm still laughing from the ending! I love your book Natasha....so many great recipes! SHARKY AT 00:13 AND 04:56. As a kid growing up, there was a neighborhood lady from Czechoslavakia who made ginger molassas cookies, that are similar to these, but instead of icing them, we would roll them in granulated sugar about the size of a walnut and bake them. They were my favorite cookies ever. I'm going to try this recipe, but I'm sure for old time's sake there will be some from the Old Country made too.
Hi Jennifer! I’m not great a decorating sugar cookies but you can see my pictures here in my sugar cookie recipe: natashaskitchen.com/sugar-cookies-recipe/
