Mind-blowing news: in Update 7.5, the ammunition of the T92E1 and XM551 Sheridan will be changed. ATGMs will be replaced with HEAT shells that penetrate 310 mm and inflict 490 HP of damage. Don't worry, you'll still have a chance to fire your favorite missiles. Simply use the Sheridan Missile, the XM551 Sheridan's twin brother. Where can you find the new tank? @@theyear-ip1toif you were playing last year they had a event on where you could still get the tank. You had to get 140 victories to get the tank, you had 7 days to do so. I honestly don’t think they will be bringing the tank back, because they’ve already given a chance for people to get it after update 7.5, and the price to sell the tank is 10 gold. If they did decide to put it up for sale, it would be pricey or be in a bad luck container costing a lot of money. If people bought it for a lot of gold or money and didn’t like it, they would be pretty made to find out what you get back from selling it is 10 gold. So ya sorry bud it probably won’t be coming back, but if it does I wish you best luck on getting it 🍀🍀

missiles are the least of the problems in game, t7& +8 are entirely broken with Annihilators, smashers and Emils. Missiles bounce most of the time, smasher, annihilator don't bounce they take at least half your hp.

Sheridan needs it's speed back (51 kmh average) Accuracy is okay because it has a 152mm gun. Or allow us to install the lightweight gun on it.

I get where you’re coming from, but the ATGMs were broke. They allowed you to shoot from behind cover and do lots of damage - like arty from WoT PC, but worse: you can aim with extreme precision.

@Rayhan Al hayubi nah the type 5 must be more tough than the pc version because there are much more prammo spammers in blitz than pc.. plus you dont have to reload again to switch ammo types. japanese hts are going to be very weak if its introduced to blitz. think about a worse dpm, worse armor, and worse speed maus.

I play a lot of Leopard, and Sheridans counter you pretty hard in wot blitz, they easily negate your dpm by peek-a-booming 680dmg HE shells. Because guess what? Sheridans where designed by the US to counter other recon tanks.

@@kbity01 The Sheridan is a strong tank the way it is. Which light tank is able to bounce TDs shots when angled right and the gun shreds hp. It's all in how you play it. It's one of my highest w/r tanks at tier 10.

i know for sure, sheridan will be gone to 20% in normal battles and there will be 80% more sheridan in training modes / fun modes, cuz its totally more fun to play missile than ordinary ammo types (AP, HE, HEAT, APCR, HESH), and also there will be training rooms blooming only for missiles room again, and lots of it (blind shot missile, cops n robs missile edition, and more stuff), i knew it for sure and this happen cuz the announcement is made long before the update, so everysingle players in the game will defenitely grind for this sheridan first instead their aimed tanks, so they will own the sheridan missiles too. not so rare anymore

@@aakashpawar6195 I think that was an oversight since it used copy-pasted stats from the T49, which also had that issue. Now if they were to use the same module damage the T49 has, I think it would be fine as long as it’s restricted and it has less dpm.

@@no_4259 the only way that will be balanced is by giving it KV 2 lvl pen on AP. PRAMO and HE, and keep reload at 19-20 secs. its a tier 7 tank and I dont think WG will want to introduce another broke tank after Smasher and Annihilator, in any game mode. the tier has suffered a lot, and the intro of T49ATGM will make people not want to play tier 7 in any form

you are supposed to go wherever you are more effective and can positively influence the battle the most, no matter which side it is. Sometimes though you are forced to go in a non that effective position since thats where your team decided to go at least there you might do 1000 dmg, if you go alone against 3 tanks, an average player anyways, you will most likely and up being killed in 5 sec.

I mean the reason why Missiles are getting removed is because the community who doesn't have/play the T92E1 and XM551 Sheridan hated the missiles and wants them removed as they don't know how they should feel playing the Missile tanks. I was just fine going up against the Missile tanks even in my regular tanks while when I play the Missile tanks people just rage over the missiles but most of the times people who play them just use Regular APCR and Sometimes the Missiles it's not really that annoying But aleast it will still be in for fun game modes and training rooms.

I mostly use German HTs, but i still want ATGM in game because if it does exist, many people will use American LTs, and i can shot them by 150mm or 128mm HE :)

Well maybe now WG will see that it was never the ATGMs that were the problem. It was the tanks themselves. They play more like heaviums then light tanks. At the end of the day they were no more toxic then the T49, Smasher, Dracula, Helsing, Annihilator, Gravedigger or KV2.

I thought a simple rework making it so the missile targets based off of line of sight from the barrel, like in real life, instead of the floating camera, would be adequate, as it would make it so the Sheridan can't fire over cover, the main issue, yet retaining the other fun aspects of missiles.

I don't think the problem of the tanks is the missile, It's the anti-HE hull armor. Missiles only are an advantage in some circunstances and in others a common shell is better than the missiles.

@kretik ay Yeah, you need practice with missiles but they are good. Tanks as Fv215b(183) or Jg. Pz. E100 only can defend themselves from a light with their first HE shot, if the light is inmune they are in a giant dissadvantage. You need that HE fear factor against lights in those slow TDs.

@@pilot_xoan nerf means nothing, it's still the mantlet and the mantlet would still bounce. The front of the hull is also very solid. A nerf to mantlet doesn't make much of a difference.
