Today we will cook fluffy pancakes on kefir. They are quick and easy to prepare, and are adored by both adults and children. But there are a couple of secrets to make them lush and light as fluff.
✏ 📒 INGREDIENTS:
500 ml kefir (any fat content)
1 egg
1.5 tbsp Sahara
0.5 tsp salt
400-450 gr. flour
0.5 tsp soda without a slide
vanillin (1 g) or vanilla sugar (10 g)
frying oil
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Pour kefir into a deep container. Kefir should be warm or at least room temperature (not from the refrigerator).
Add an egg at room temperature, sugar, a bag of vanillin (1 g), salt to kefir and mix.
Add flour in parts and mix thoroughly. The dough should be very thick.
0.5 tsp mix soda with 1 tsp. flour and add to the finished dough. Mix vigorously and the dough is ready. Now we leave the dough alone and do not mix any more! You can bake pancakes right away.
Gently take a tablespoon of dough and put it in well-heated vegetable oil. Reduce the heat and fry the pancakes over low heat so that they are well fried inside, on both sides until golden brown.
Spread on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
