carrot - 250 g = 1 large carrot
onion - 250 g = 2 heads
vegetable oil - 100 ml = 0.5 cup*
tomato paste - 150 g = 6 tbsp.
salt - 25 g = 1 tbsp.
sugar - 60 g = 4 tbsp.
black ground pepper
red ground pepper
garlic - 3 cloves
vinegar 9%/70% = 50 ml/5 ml = 10 tsp./1 tsp.
❗ Yield: approximately 2-2.3 liters
