Работа кипит, давно не снимал ролики. Раздобыл новые оригинальные игольчатые подшипники (ексцентрик). Доработка насосов, предыдущего поколения, исправляю нюансы которые учли в новом поколении.
Hi. I have an old LPI on my volvo. I measured the return pressure on the rail sensor and it's 12-13bar @ 3/4 full tank. Drops down to 10bar under load. This essentially means that my pump isn't building any pressure at all because 12-13bar should be the tank pressure. The regulator is also right next to the pressure sensor. How can I tell if it's my pump that's worn out completely or if it's actually the pressure regulator stuck open? Do you have any experience with the regulators or can you say just off experience that it's the pump? The pump itself runs, I haven't opened up anything but it's not building any pressure.
@@ironmax746Hi again. Took my pump apart today. Case casting is 2002. Doesn't look like it's ever been opened. Plenty of oil still in it and the bearings are mostly ok. The filter is completely clogged. I think I could replace bearings but realistically just a filter, new oil and a good cleanup will do.
@@ironmax746 I'm just disappointed that none of the LPG fitters I have gone to in estonia haven't wanted to even look at it. Everyone just says that it's a shit system and that I should have a whole new system fitted. That's really the only reason I'm messing with it myself. Thank you so much for your informative videos.
@@lxfguits This is an excellent system, as those who do not understand it say. They can’t say anything else, and they want to sell you a 4th generation LPG
