I think its quite clear that I'm equally critical to any extremist groups of Polish radical ethnic nationalists and to any war criminals from Polish resistance movement who murdered Ukrainian civilians during the II WW, even if these crimes were committed during retaliatory actions, although in contrary to Ukraine Poland will never glorify them! I also strongly condemned Polish authoritarian regime (which took power after military coup) for any actions and policies against minority groups. They should give more autonomy to Ukrainian people back then. Unfortunately Interwar Poland after 1926 wasn't a democratic country, which means that lower class (Polish, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Lithuanian) didn't have much influence on the decisions of the elites... If you know anything about history you would know that the history of mutual relations between various ethnic groups in the Commonwealth was very complex; in some periods of history Cossacks were on Commonwealth's side and in some periods they were on Muscovites side. The true story is very different than over-simplistic slogans preached by close-minded radical ethnic nationalists on both sides for propaganda purposes. This was also true even in XX century: Piłsudski wanted to create the federation of countries from Poland, Lithuania, White Rus, Ukraine, but this idea didn't have enough support in the neighbouring territories. Western "Ukrainians" from Petlura army fought on Polish side and Eastern "Ukrainians" on the Bolshevik side. Many Belarusians fought against Bolsheviks on Polish side in the Polish-Soviet Russia war that took place in 1920-21. Poland won this war with the help of Russians from White Army and Ukrainians from Petlura army. Chwała bohaterom! Героям слава! And even today Donbass people faighting against Western and Central Ukraine! In summary through the whole history the population of Ukraine (the territory not the country) was always divided and fought against each other. Maybe you should think why is that... Radical ethnic nationalism is a childish disease - hopefully we'll all grow up! Ukraine can't defend itself on the global market; global corporations will eat Ukraine alive and they will drain profits to tax havens. Ukrainian people must cooperate with neighbours; in this manner at leasts profits will stay in our region and it will be invested again in Ukraine or just used to buy goods and services in Ukraine. That's why radical ethnic nationalism is just a stupid idea; it weakens the will of cooperation...
