Ingredients:
syrup:
400 g sugar
400 ml water
1-2 lemon wedges
simmer over high heat for about 5 minutes, remove from heat and cool.
6 sheets of puff pastry
100 g walnuts
bake at 200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes, if the top turns brown too quickly, cover with paper.
Leave the finished baklava for 3-4 minutes and pour cold syrup.
Let it soak for 1.5-2 hours.
