Well, I'll share with you the recipe that won me over 😍
You don't have to spend a lot of time and money to cook deliciously.

🛒Ingredients: ⠀
Pumpkin - 300 g (weight of already grated pumpkin)
Lemon - 1 piece
Kefir - 250 ml
Sugar - 100 g (in dough) + 150 g (in syrup)
Semolina - 270 g
Baking powder - 10 g (1 pack)
Water - 120 ml
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon (to lubricate the mold)
Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater. My shape is 26 centimeters. No need to wait until the semolina swells. We send it to a preheated oven up to 180 degrees for 45 minutes. We take the cake out of the oven and while it is still hot, fill it with syrup. We wait 1 hour until the syrup is absorbed and can be served, and the next day it will be even tastier.
